Here at the Grand
River Supply Depot, we are pleased to bring you a line of quality
canvas and leather goods at reasonable prices. Recently, we have been able
expand our catalog to include Amish jams and art. In addition to superior
products, we provide you with responsible service and timely shipments.
Being re-enactors
ourselves, we have felt the heat and cursed the mud just as you have. So,
we know what works, and that is what we offer you. With our journeymen of
the trades producing most of these items, we can accommodate custom orders
and repairs made to your specifications.
The authenticity of
our products has been honorably respected in many productions including: Antietam
A Documentary, Andersonville, A&E’s Civil War Journal,
and Time Life’s video series. With these products, you will not be
denied the battle, because your gear will meet the “requirements” of
the high command. Even Stonewall Jackson and Sheridan would invite you to
join their staff.
You will find our
leather products are made mostly of the top quality “back leather”,
black steel hardware, and properly stitched to last for years. We have
products dated 1992 in the field that still see regular action.
Our canvas items are
made here in Ohio and not in an overseas sweatshop, so we have control of
the quality during production. The durable canvas we use will out last
most others in camp. The tents we provide to you are the same ones that
keep us DRY. You won’t be disappointed.
Through a personal
arrangement with artist “Ipper” Collens (not a distribution center),
we can provide you direct shipment of quality images depicting the Amish
culture and Civil War scenes. These limited edition pieces would certainly
compliment any collection at home or in the office.
